Dear Terranova Family,
We were greatly saddened to hear of Wayne's passing. "The Terranovas" lived across the street from us as we were growing up. They were much older "kids" than us but they always gave us a friendly wave and "hello". Donna continued the tradition along with brief chats with my brother, who lives in the home we grew up in, and me whenever we saw each other, until she moved out of the Bleecker St. house. We hope the wonderful memories of Wayne that you hold dear to your heart will help you through this difficult time. Thinking of all of you.

I am saddened to hear of the passing of Wayne. I first met him in early 1960's, he was one of the guys who hung around with my older brothers. He also sponsored my softball team for over 30 years. Wayne's Body Shop! My sincere condolences to Jackie and the girls and the rest of the family. RIP Wayne.

Daddy, this photo is a memory I will forever hold in my heart:heart: the day you gave me away and we danced to " My Girl ". I felt like a little girl again when you spun me around on the dance floor. It is all starting to hit me now that you are gone and I will never see you sitting on your chair swearing at the TV, making jokes and laughing or walking over to your Keurig to make 10 cups of coffee a day. I have your voice on my answering machine that I listen to every day and your shirt that in refuse to take off. I know you are no longer suffering and you can now breathe again without a struggle but I so wish you didn't have to go. I love you so much. You were the only man that never broke my heart. To my dearest and forever best friend, Kristy Wagar and to her family. Where do I start? Your dad was an awesome man, who we all loved very much. He always made everyone feel like they were apart of his family and treated all with the upmost respect. I loved his great sense of humor and his quick wit when it came to his jokes and stories. He sure loved to make people laugh. And lets not forget his Elvis impersonations. He entertained all of us at some point, and the memory I love the most is seeing my fathers face light up with the biggest smile ever, while watching Wayne do his thing at my wedding. Thank you to everyone for sharing in our sorrows. Your words and expressions of kindness will get us through this difficult time.
Dad, there are no words to describe the hurt in our hearts right now, but in time we will learn to laugh and not just cry. We will heal by holding to our hearts all the wonderful memories and truly funny moments we've shared.
