I worked with Joe for a number of years in SGF. There are a few memories of Joe. I remember one Halloween when he was forced by the superintendent to dress up in a costume and go to the elementary schools. Joe had on a big white sheet and kept saying, "BOOOO" with no emotion at all. I remember the kids looking at him and wondering just who he was. There was also a time when another school psychologist and I were in his office and changed the prompt on his computer (this is back in the DOS days) so that it always said, "Give your psychologists a raise". Joe rebooted several times but it always came back. I'm not sure if Joe ever truly forgave us for that one or not! He was a good man and he will be missed. Dave Lieberman

Joe dedicated many years of service to the South Glens Falls Central Schools, When he was able to get out of his office, he would flash his smile. wave. or say hello to those he knew in the workplace. Truly approachable, he saved his best for those who were fortunate enough to be able to golf with him. That's the Joe I will always remember! God bless your loved ones and rest in peace, friend. Joe, I will always remember the fun times we had when I was a college student at FMCC. You were a gentle and kind friend. May you rest in peace as you experience the glory of Gods kingdom. You will be missed.

Joe was my dear friend going back to fourth grade, and a solid and reliable friend he was, back then and across the decades. Joe- you are now beyond the reach of our world of time and space, now enveloped in the divine consciousness and eternal love of the cosmos. Rest in peace, Joe, in God's embrace.
