Obituary of Rosa Faye Falzarano

Rosa Faye Falarano, 68, of Northern Terrace, passed away into eternal rest Saturday afternoon at St. Mary?s Hospital with her loving family at her side. Born March 10, 1937, in LasAnimas, Colorado, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Rosa Miller Blanton. She was a resident of Fort Plain for 37 years. Rosa was employed as a Home Health Aide for the Community Health Center in Johnstown, NY., for a number of years. On July 2, 1976, she married Anthony Falzarano, who died October 2, 1990. Survivors include; two sons, Jimmy Ray Engle of Colorado and Michael Durham of Lake Placid, NY; five daughters, Debra Stevenson of Plano, TX, Catherine Yerdon of Nelliston, NY, Terri Jones of Deerfield, MA, Sheree Rivera of Broadalbin, NY and Connie Cardamon of Canajoharie; two step- sons, Paul Falzarano of Bradenton, FL and Steven Falzarano of Little Falls, NY; two sisters, Betty Arrellano of Alamosa, CO and Joyce Lindersmith of Gallup, NM; 18 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. A memorial service will be held on Monday evening January 16, 2006 at 7 pm the Lenz & Betz Funeral Home, 69 Otsego Street, Canajoharie, NY with the Rev. Gail Wohling officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends one hour prior to the memorial service from 6 to 7 pm that evening. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society, 260 Osborne Road, Loudonville, NY 12211
