Obituary of Dian Louise Hoffman

Mrs Dian Louise Hoffman, 65, of Mayfield, NY died February 10, 2006, at her residence. Born in Albany, New York on February 11, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Louise Buschofsky. Mrs. Hoffman was educated in Albany schools and subsequently lived in Selkirk, East Greenbush and Ravena, New York prior to moving to Mayfield, NY in 2000. A loving and devoted mother, Dian was a homemaker most of her life. She is survived by her children; Eddie Hoffman and T.J. Hoffman both of Coxsackie; Neil Hoffman and his wife Ellie serving with the Army in Iraq, Michael Hoffman and his wife Stacey of Missouri, Robert Hoffman of Albany, David Hoffman of Coxsackie, Edward Hoffman III and his wife Linda of Preston Hollow, Sharon Brower and her husband Barney of Mayfield and Debra Hoffman of Troy. Dian is also survived by twelve grandchildren, one great grandchild and a special friend; Dorothy Gustin. There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be 11 am, February 17, 2006 at the Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont Street, Gloversville with the Reverend R.W. Williams officiating.
