Obituary of Patricia Morrison

Patricia Morrison, 43 of Gloversville, died Thursday at St. Marys Hospital in Amsterdam. She was born June 27, 1962 in Gloversville, daughter of Nadine Frye Morrison and the late Kenneth Morrison. Patricia attended special education classes in Albany, Fonda and Gloversville schools. She always made friends quickly and easily and was able to interact with everyone she had contact with. Patricia especially enjoyed camping with family and friends. In addition to her mother of Gloversville, she is survived by her siblings; Michael Frye Sr. of Gloversville, Kenneth Morrison Jr. of Ephratah, Ann Phillips of Johnstown, Karen Gifford of Gloversville, Gene Morrison of Amsterdam, Michael Frye Jr. of Gloversville, Sherry Miller of Ephratah, Tina Morrison of Gloversville, Matthew Wilder of Mayfield, Katie Smida of Fonda and Kitty Hausman of Mayfield. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 11 am Tuesday from the Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont Street with Reverend Christopher Hamm, Pastor of North Main Street United Methodist Church officiating. The family will receive friends Monday from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Ferndale Cemetery.
