Obituary of Robert T. Allen

Robert T. Allen, 77, of Beldons Road, Town of Florida, New York passed away unexpectedly Monday evening April 3, 2006 at his home. Born in Amsterdam on June 4, 1928 a son of John and Theresa Ruck Allen. He was a lifelong area resident and attended local schools. Mr. Allen was employed as a Master Mechanic for Dudka?s Garage in Amsterdam for many years. He was of the Roman Catholic Faith. He married Betty Castle Allen on March 31, 1951. In addition to his wife, survivors include one son, James Allen of Ft. Myers, Florida; one daughter, Barbara Tannenbaum of Nashua, New Hampshire; one brother, Edward Allen of Boynton Beach, Florida; two grandchildren, Matthew Tannenbaum of Nashua, New Hampshire and Timothy Allen of McKenzie, Tennessee and one great grandchild, Griffin Allen of McKenzie, Tennessee. He was pre-deceased by two brothers, John Allen Jr. and Jean Allen and one great- grandchild, Mason Allen. There are no calling hours. There are no funeral services scheduled at this time.
