Our family lived 2 houses away from the Gisondi's and they were some of the best neighbors we had when I was growing up. I miss Anna and Mike very much and have very fond memories of them as well as Mikey and Anthony.

Sorry for your loss.
Thinking of you with best reguards.
I will never forget when "Chief" caught me driving when I was 14 years old!
I tried to return Tony's phone call a few months back, but secretary cleaned my desk and the phone number was lost.

We are sorry to hear of your loss, and also sorry we didn't get to see him. We had planned to try and make it to Cocoa this winter. Mike and Anna were a special couple and we enjoyed their company while they were in Palatine Bridge and Cocoa.

I came to know Mike when he first started dialysis. He was a kind and gentle man, with a spirit for life that belied his age. Mike's favorite topic was his family. When he spoke of his grandchildren, his face lit up, and his pride was evident. We will miss Mike enormously, and are blessed to have had him in our lives. My prayers and condolences are with you all.

My dad, Lyman Bartlett, was a great friend of Mike's. Both were once young and full of fun, and as a child I witnessed many laughter filled conversations. Mike was a true public servant who made our community a much safer place in which to grow up. His sacrifice and that of his family will always be remembered by this community. Being Chief of Police took him from home often, but we will NEVER forget his dedication. Thank you, from a grateful former resident who will remember him fondly.

The Balm Of God's Love
by M.S.Lowndes
When we lose someone we love
The loss seems too great to bear
God sends us friends to comfort us
To show that He deeply cares
But in the dark hours of the night
When thereâ??s nobody else around
When we feel the saddest and loneliest
Itâ??s there Godâ??s love can be found
Itâ??s like a soothing, healing balm
To soothe our broken hearts
The healing oil poured over us
That flows into every part
We can rest secure in Godâ??s love
And know Heâ??s by our side
He holds us when we feel as though
A part of us has died
We can know that God will listen
When we just want to talk
And when we feel we need to cry
We can share it with the Lord
For He is always waiting there
Ready with arms open wide
As we pour out the hurt within
He pours His love inside
Our Father above loves us so much
And will never leave us alone
He will not forsake us in our need
To face this on our own
He comforts us and strengthens us
And rubs us with His balm
And as the dawn breaks through the night
Weâ??ll awake in His loving arms.
My Uncle Mike...my memories of you are forever in my heart. I will miss you. You are now with Aunt Anna together again.
Love to you always,
Emelie
