It is with a very sad heart that I have to say good bye to an amazingly compassionate, much loved and highly respected friend. Our family began our journey with Dr. Konieczny, Pat, Mary and Sharon ("PMS") 38 years ago. The admiration and respect we gained over the years brought us as close to family as you can get. Pat was a bright light, kind heart and Angelic soul to us during our numerous calls, visits to the office. She would hold the door open for us, share a smile or hug when our hearts were worried. She loved her job, it was very clear. And she did a wonderful job. We will forever hold our memories close.
Deepest sympathy to her family and friends. We know you will miss this incredible lady. Keep your memories close, we sure will~ May God hold her in the palm of His hand and grant her eternal rest.

I knew Pat from Dr. K's office. She always had a smile. She was so kind and helpful whenever I brought one of the kids in or called on the phone. I am so sorry to hear of her passing and my thoughts and prayers are with her family.

my prayers go out to Pat's family. I knew Pat for many years from her days at Dr. K's. It was always so nice to hear her friendly voice when I called to make an appointment, or her caring and compassion when we were in the office with the kids. She was a very kind woman.

I first met Patricia when her son Chris and my daughter Maggie met during college. We shared many concerts and dinners during those college years. We both recognized how much our children loved each other. Patricia was truly one of the most caring and loving individuals I know. Her love of her family was evident and I felt lucky to have my daughter join her family. Patricia and I shared our love for our mutual granddaughters. Mary and Catie are so lucky to have had such a wonderful and caring "Mima" in their lives. Her tea parties will always be a special memory for them.

Pat will be loved and missed and remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. I am grateful that I personally had that privilege.
