Mackie and Roberta,
I just heard of your loss when I heard about your Aunt Sophie's death. I am sincerely sorry for your loss. It has been many years since we have seen each other, especially when you used to come into Sophie's salon and we watched you grow up.
I hope you remember me. Roberta we are only a few miles from each other and I did not realize that. My very best to both of you. I know you must miss your mother. I always thought she was such a beautiful woman with such class.
God bless you both.

Dear Mackie and Roberta:
There is always a sadness when our parents pass. I fondly remember your mom and dad's extended friendship and hospitality when they visited Mackie, Dick, Lisa and Rick in Rhode Island. They were always happy occasions.
Your mom was a true success story in so many ways and I know that she was a wonderful influence on your lives.
Thinking of both of you.
Sincerely,
Sue Costello, Mt. Pleasant, SC

Mackie, Roberta and Families,
Our sincere sympathy is sent to you on the passing of Aunt Carmella.
I have fond memories of the family gatherings shared with her. She was always ready for a good laugh, mischievous, full of fun and a pleasure to be around. We had wonderful times at the family gatherings at 204 West Main Street. Always plenty of good food and wine, home-made of course, and lots of laughs, especially when Eileen was there. She loved her family, her two girls and Uncle Chappie was the love of her life.
I have special memories of staying with her, Mackie and baby Roberta. I was offered a happy place to spend time. I now realize what a pain it must have been to have another child to watch over. I often got Mackie into trouble. We would jump up on the beds, and we were not light weights, of course I would say that it was Mackie's idea. I might even have blamed Roberta, who just went along for the ride.
We realize her loss will be hard for all of you, but remember all the Romanos were waiting for her.
God Bless Aunt Carmella
