It was a pleasure to be around Barry at the Catskill Golf Club where you could always find him sharing stories and jokes. He loved to laugh and have a good time. I'm really missing the once a year trip to West Point to watch a football game. Barry knew how to have a good time and he had no problem sharing his love of people. I know I'm a better person from knowing Barry and I'm really going to miss him.

I was sorry to hear of Barry's passing. We went through school together at Coxsackie all 12 grades. He was a super athlete and always had a positive attitude during his long illness.
We were distant cousins. His grandmother Bridgie Martin was my great great aunt.

Being on Barry's team twice at the Coxsackie Open held at Catskill Golf Club was my greatest pleasure. Barry was considerate; complimented and encouraged his team; and pulled us through with his excellent shots and putting.
