To the Ward Family,
I first met Franny at Brown's Ford of Johnstown back in the year 2000.
She sold me my very first Ford Vehicle. She was a wonderful person and sales person. She went beyond her call of duty to make sure you were completely satisfied. Franny, I feel lucky to have met you in my lifetime. You were the best and will never be forgotten. This world is a better place for having known someone like you! Pat and I are sorry to hear about the loss of your mother/grandmother. We both loved Franny so much. We had the pleasure of working with her, which made out days at Browns Ford filled with laughter and fun. She had such a contagious laugh and fun filled spirit. She will be missed by all who new her.
I know how hard it is to lose someone to that dreadful disease...always remember that whenever you feel the sun on your face, that special song on the radio, or feel that cool breeze over your shoulder, that is her making her presence known that she is always there with you.
