Obituary of Kenneth S. Sponable
Kenneth S. Sponable, Jr., 46, of Broadalbin, NY died suddenly on Friday, July 21, 2017 surrounded by his family. Born in Amsterdam, NY on July 24, 1970 he was the son of Deborah Shelmandine Rogers and the late Kenneth S. Sponable, Sr.
A lifelong area resident, Ken was employed as a truck driver for various local companies. He enjoyed cooking and being with family and friends.
He was predeceased by his father, Ken; and his sister, Tammy Lynn Clemons.
Survivors include his mother and step father, Deborah and Leonard Rogers of Broadalbin; his grandmother, Shirley Sponable of Amsterdam; step siblings, Steven Rogers, Timothy Rogers and Barbara Barnette, all of TN, and L. Dwyane Rogers of Albany; aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Fulton County Ambulance Service, 8 Frontage Road, Gloversville, NY 12078.
