Betty, Audrey and family, Words can't express the deep sadness I feel at Grandma Nina's passing. She was a special person who lit up the life of all who knew her. I always was impressed with her energy and stamina. She used to walk for miles and miles and kept herself very active almost until the very end. I loved how she made my Grandfather so happy and took such good care of Phil. I remember going to visit and eating corn on the cob from Grandpa's garden. Life has been rough for Nina these last few years after the loss of Grandpa and Phil. I know she is in a happier place now with those she loved so dearly. We will miss her smile and lively energy but will remember her in our hearts and when we make her special rolls (for which she gave me the recipe). I plan to make them at Thanksgiving and toast her memory every chance I get. Much love and warm thoughts to all. Gloria, Tom and Tessa and the whole Turner Family.
