Obituary of Bruce Wayne Hillbourne

Bruce Wayne Hillbourne, 57, of Gloversville, N.Y., passed away suddenly on Sunday, September 17th, 2017. Born in Amsterdam, N.Y., on December 25th, 1959, he was the son of the late Patricia Young and Albert Hillbourne Jr. Bruce attended local schools and spent some time employed with Kasson & Keller Inc. in Fonda, N.Y. He held many small odd jobs helping out the community with property upkeep. Bruce is survived by his son, Aaron Rulison; his brothers, Jeffrey (Kathleen) Hillbourne, Curtis Hillbourne, and Lucas Hillbourne; and his sister, Debbie Snoke. Many more loving family also survive. Bruce is predeceased by his parents Patricia and Albert Hillbourne Jr., his sister Tammy Vanhorne; and his brother Gary Hillbourne. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday September 20th, 2017 at 3pm at Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont Street, Gloversville. Interment will immediately follow at Perth Cemetery, 2247 Co. Hwy 107, Amsterdam. The family will receive visitors from 2-3pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
