I met Sally while Bowling in Oneonta NY. After a year or so we ended up on the same team. Even though there was 20 yrs difference in our ages...Jerry & I and Sally & Red had great fun spending time together.
Through all our moves, Sally and I stayed in touch. Our husbands passed away within 8 months of each other and that seemed to have brought us even closer together for a time.
We have stayed in touch but not as often in the last 2-3 years. With the last phone change I lost Sally's cell number. The Sunday before her passing I had this feeling that I needed to talk to her and I tried frantically all Sunday afternoon into the evening to call her home number and it was always busy. And I just had this feeling...
I loved Sally, she was very dear to my heart! I'm going to miss you friend.

We met your Mother through our dogs. She made them beds, coats and sweaters. We are also part of the Italian Greyhound Rescue group and enjoyed seeing her at our reunion picnics. She was a wonderful woman and will be missed.

so sorry to hear of Sally's passing. I spent many hours enjoying her company and storys while camping at Royal Mountain. Sally and Salvation would stop on their walks past our camp. She will be sadly missed, but I am sure that she is happy next to her husband and they are crafting together and walking the streets of Gold...........God bless and you are all in our thought and prayers at this difficult time.....

I've only known Sally a short time since she joined a knitting and crocheting group at Foothills UMC. She enjoyed sharing stories about her family and her beloved dachshund, Salvation. Sending sympathy to her family.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Sally's family. My husband and I knew Sally from camping at Royal Mountain. She had a camper behind us and came over to ask us to help her a few times or just to visit a bit with Salvation. We only knew her for a couple of years but seemed we knew her forever. She was a sweet lady and we will miss her. I hope Salvation will be ok.

We met Sally in 2012, our first year in the "dog business". We always enjoyed talking with her at the craft fairs and dog events we did together. She will very much be missed and we are so sorry to hear of her passing. Our love to Salvation and her family.

Sally was much more than my employer. She was like a second mom to me. Sally offered me a job at a time in my life when I didn't know what I was going to do. I love you Sally you will be greatly missed.
