Dear Nora and all of Ron's family,
Please accept our sincerest condolences. It was a shock for us to hear of Ron's passing. Ron and I became colleagues long ago when we both taught at the last of the neighborhood schools the Academy Street School. We were both fairly new teachers in areas that provided support services for children he in Speech and Language and I in Remedial Reading as it was then called. We both served together on the then Building Referral Evaluation Team. So it was that we had the opportunity to provide positive impacts on student development back then. Ron was always a good friend and I have to say a dear friend to our community in all that he did to help the residents of Amsterdam. I will miss him very much. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
Always,
Joe & Lucille Inglese

I'm so sorry to hear Ron passed. I remember our train ride to old forge and the Saranac brewery, and all the crazy food he used to make when we would come over for dinner. He was an amazing man and will be missed greatly by everyone. I love you all

Sharon and family, I'm so sad to hear of Ron's passing. I will forever remember him teasing us as kids and making me laugh by saying "pineapples". I never saw him without a smile. I pray you will find peace and comfort in your memories of him.
Much Aloha,
Laura
