Obituary of Sandra L. Bond

Sandra L. Bond, 69, of Fonda, NY, has gone to her eternal rest on Thursday, November 2nd, 2017. Born on March 28th, 1948, she was the daughter of Doris Minch and William Dufel. Sandra was a graduate of the Fonda-Fultonville High School Class of 1966. She married the love of her life John Bond on August 27th, 1966. She later went on to obtain her Licensed Practical Nurse licensure from HFM Boces in Johnstown, NY. She enjoyed cake decorating so much she even attended classes for it at Fulton Montgomery Community College in Johnstown, NY. Sandra is survived by her beloved husband John, her daughters, Michele (Davey Ball) Rivera, Katherine (James) Ackert, and Karen (Brian) Jezewski; her sons John Bond Jr., and Christopher James Bond; her brother William (Nancy) Dufel III; her grandchildren, Lindsie Bond, Ashlie Bond, Thomas Stanton, Breanna Hira Stanton, Trinity Perez, Brent Perez Jr., Nicholas Jezewski, and Logan Jezewski; her great grandchildren, Joseph Stanton, Faith Stanton, Jaxon Stanton, and an angel on the way she sadly did not get a chance to meet. Many more loving nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. Sandra is predeceased by her sisters Sherri Traskos, and Bonnie Meyers. A Memorial Service for Sandra will take place on Wednesday, November 8th, 2017 at 1pm at Betz, Rossi, & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Avenue, Amsterdam, NY.
