Obituary of Anna May Plaskett

Anna May "Ann" Plaskett, age 69, of Gloversville, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at her home. She was born February 25, 1948 in Gloversville, the daughter of Raymond and Anna May McWalker. She was employed by General Electric Co. of Niskayuna for 50 years until her retirement this past March. Ann was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by two children, Devon R. Turner (Christian) of E. Greenbush and Michael Plaskett of Saratoga Springs; a brother, Lawrence "Louie" McWalker of Gloversville; four grandchildren, Ayva Turner, Kendall Turner, Damian Plaskett and Cayden Plaskett, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Ann was predeceased by her parents, as well as her brothers Raymond "Jeff" McWalker and Joseph McWalker. The family will receive relatives and friends from 4:00PM to 6:00PM Monday, November 13 at Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont St, Gloversville.
