Memories of a special lady and friend:
I met Barbara the first day of college and wow that was 67 years ago! Although we didn't see each other often we always kept in touch as we shared our stories of our growing families and then in later years we were able to get together in Florida every once in awhile and those were special times. We celebrated our 50th class reunion (2002)in Worcester and had a wonderful few days with Barb and two other classmates in Las Vegas in I believe it was 2005.
Today I can only say my heart goes out to you Gene and all the family.
May Barbara's love for all of you bring you a lifetime of wonderful memories to keep in your heart.

On behalf of my parents, Bob and Gloria Perrella, I would like to extend their sincerest heartfelt sympathy on Barbara's passing. I know firsthand of many good times you both spent with them from years past with the Concordia Club and the many joy filled occasions spent at their basement bar. I always found it amazing that one day, I'd be drinking with my school gym teacher at their home! :)

So sorry to hear that your mom has passed. I will always remember our Family reunions at the beach and those few we had at the farm. Our family was blessed to have such a wonderful, fun loving crew. They truely were icons in there own way. Maybe they ALL will be up in Heaven playing cards together laughing and having a Great time together. I send my Love and Hugs to all in your Family.
