I had to stop and think of what I wanted to say about my relationship with John. We were introduced to each other while having a beer at Loopie's Pub a few years back. We got to talking about family as discovered that he knew my belated husband's family very well. That did it! From that moment on we became friends which led to us becoming best friends. We did everything together and became two peas in a pod. He was my very close "best friend forever". I loved him dearly and now our pod has been broken. He was truly a great guy and our age difference was no barrier. My memories of the fun we had and the things we did and experienced will forever be with me. However, my life is not the same without him being part of it. I can say honestly that it was my pleasure to know John and be part of his life.
