Obituary of James Brockhum, Jr.

Mr. James Lyman Brockhum, Jr., age 31, of Gloversville, New York, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at his uncle’s apartment in Gloversville.

He was born on May 17, 1991 in Gloversville, the son of James and Edith Brockhum. He enjoyed snowboarding, riding ATVs, rollerblading, and mostly hanging out with his friends.

James graduated Madison-Oneida Boces (Verona, NY) Class of 2010.

James is survived by his father: James Lyman Brockhum Sr.; his twin sister: Jenna Brockhum and her three children: Lilly Lukacz, Kenneth Lukacz, and Justin; an older sister: Jamie Brockhum, Jamie’s significant other, Harold, and their children Emilie and Madilynn; another older sister: Raiko Jordan and her children Brushy and Sophia; and an older brother: James Beman, and his children Damien, Brea, and Cody. He also had another huge family in the Verona/Oneida, NY area, who is devastated by his sudden loss.

He was predeceased by his mother: Edith Marie Graffam, and his step-father: Kenneth Graffam.
